Pipe conification allows to transform a pipe into a cone.
This can be done with special molds called die moulds that press down the pipe till it reaches the desired cone-shape.
With our manually or automated machines we can produce in series any type of quantity, from very few to thousands of pieces.
In the chart you can find the sizes of the cones currently available, but we can provide custom-made molds for the conification of your products
This department is skilfully managed by one of our most expert workers, who has been with us for more than 25 years.
Our knowledge and expertise in pipe conification has grown with him, and now we make them available for the production of your pieces.
We can conify pipes with maximum diameter of 60 mm and maximum thickness of 2.5 mm.
